There are a lot of recipes on here without servings, and it's often hard to guess, because that's also somewhat personal. The most common number of servings for recipes is 4, so that's where I start to figure. At 4 servings you have 1/4 lb boneless chicken, 1/2 cup broccoli, and 1/4 cup carrots. Since the most commonly recommended serving size for chicken is 3-4 ozs, that works for most people.
