As long as it's frozen soon after cooling this would be fine. Ensure defrosted and piping hot through before eating another day. Usually within 3 months of freezing so date your container :) hope this helps.

I would think so. As long as it's cold and fully sealed. You'd want to use it within 3 months, more for quality of the product. You don't want it frost bitten . Just defrost in your fridge before reheating. That's what I would do anyways. Hope that helps. 😊

You could freeze the whole dish. Seriously, you could make it all, portion it out into freezer to microwave containers, and freeze it for some pretty nice pre-made meals. Sounds great!

You can actually use this as a meal prep you can cook everything put it in the freezer bag or a container and put it in the freezer for later sort of like McClain's frozen dinner as a matter of fact McLean sells this so you could make three or four batches have one for dinner and put three away in the freezer just make sure that no air is able to get into the bag or the container and that it is cooled down before you put it in the freezer
