Baking dish

Do you cook the dish in the oven or just use the baking dish to serve?

Looks like you put in the dish to rest the chops and catch the sauce when it's finished. Instructions say cook chops in skillet until done, but resting meat usually let's it absorb is juices properly and will clear your pan to make the pan sauce.  Good luck!

I made this the Wednesday night.. Just use the baking dish to rest the chops and serve after pouring the sauce over .. This is definitely going to be a staple in our home everyone loved it even the littles..
