Pork chops in a garlic butter sauce
My families absolute favorite dish for dinner. So scrumptious and full of flavor.

Instructions
Step 1
Season your pork chops with your salt pepper and onion powder and rub that in.




Step 2
Melt your butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 3
Add your garlic into the pan and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute)

Step 4
Add your pork chops into the pan and season with your Italian seasoning.

Step 5
Cook until done searing on both sides.
Step 6
Remove your pork chops from the pan and set aside in a baking dish.
Step 7
Add in your chicken broth to the pan scraping the bottom to deglaze.

Step 8
Add in your lemon juice and heavy cream and let that come to a boil stirring often.


Step 9
Once that comes to a boil turn your heat down to low and let simmer for five minutes

Step 10
Pour the sauce over your pork chops in the baking dish.

Scrumptious! Added some Parmesan in with the mix came out perfect good flavoring, Eye balled the ingredients a bit but overall it was delicious
