our go to "dressing" is olive oil, salt, pepper, and sometimes a dash of vinegar or kalamata olive juice

I have a few go-to dressings! One I like is thinning tahini (sesame paste) with water and adding a bit of lemon and salt and pepper - it’s a kind of nutty creaminess. There are also thicker versions like in the recipe I’m attaching with more ingredients (ginger, honey, miso) - it’s a great dressing for salad or grain bowls
olive oil and sometimes balsamic vinega. that's it

If you’re open to fish sauce, a fish sauce vinaigrette is another common dressing in Thailand and Vietnam - typically the salad includes lots of herbs. I’m including a recipe that has a similar dressing and uses a fried egg
Love the idea of olive juice for a dressing! Will definitely try that

I'm not a fan of mayo but I love Japanese Mayo. I like to mix it with a little bit of Dijon mustard

I mix mayo with vinegar & sugar for broccoli salad. When I'm eating healthier I like to just use olive oil and squeeze a fresh orange on top. I do love me some Thousand Island dressing, which is kinda like Big Mac Sauce:)

I also love the dressing they put on salads at sushi restaurants - it’s a carrot ginger dressing that keeps well.
