Learning to eat healthier

I'm trying to learn to eat healthier. It seems that ingredients are fairly healthy. Why is this meal only a 8.3?

An 8.3 is high that is healthy. Scores are based on the amount of "good" nutrients to the amount of "bad" in them. If you hit the icon next to the score it goes into more detail about it.

As mentioned, an 8.3 is a great score. But if you’re wondering why this didn’t score above a 9, it’s likely because it’s a relatively simple dish that doesn’t have a diverse range of nutrients represented.
