Probably, but you'd have to tweak it some. Add more time, for one. Instant pot recipes are so quick because they pressurize the food. If I were you I'd find a similiar recipe that uses the method you'd want, and follow those instructions with these ingredients. Just make sure the rice and chicken are both cooked before testing ^_^
