Instant Pot Broccoli Cheese Chicken And Rice Casserole

Quick and easy to make and takes great!

It was good my daughter and I liked it but it turned out a tad too thick so maybe more chicken brother next time besides that it was a keeper

I used leftover rotisserie chicken and it turned out great.

SO GOOD!!! Wow. Very quick delicious meal. Will definitely be cooking this recipe again.

Not sure why but all three kids said it was super gross. I didn't like the ranch flavor and it was pretty bland otherwise.

Overall really good. Agreed with others that the ranch dressing overpowered it a little. Go with a quarter pack or exclude. One thing it was missing was something to counteract the mushier texture other than just broccoli. Crispy onion toppings were absolutely perfect for this.

The ranch overpowered everything. I'm going to try again with different seasonings, though, because it was mostly a hit with the family.

I doubled the chopped Broccoli and added a whole bag of riced cauliflower. It was a hit with the whole family, and toddler-approved, too! I made it easier on myself by using leftover chicken from a previous meal.

I liked it but family didn’t. The rice did turn out kind of mushy.

Very tasty! I used frozen chicken breast x3 (6 servings). Tossed them in instapot for 15 min, pulled them out, discarded water, and followed the recipe from there. I tossed a bag of frozen 🥦 in the microwave to cook instead of running under cold water. Also, when I added the diced cooked chicken to the onions to saute, I added about 1.5 cups of fresh mushrooms! So good!! Oh, one last thing. Our store was out of ranch dressing mix, so I had to sub a zesty garlic salad dressing mix (powder) instead.

Would recommend adding more veggies

It turned out great! Mine did burn on the bottom though and there was a bit of uncooked rice on the top so despite the recipe's insistence do mix the rice in a bit.

I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts, added Tony's to taste along with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and added the frozen broccoli in with rice and chicken to pressure cook. I left out the flour and it still blended together great with the milk and cheese once cooked. This is a great weeknight meal! My kids loved it!

I didn’t use the ranch packet cause I didn’t have one on hand. Next time I’ll definitely add that since I think the taste was a little bland.

This was great! I used fresh broccoli. My rice hating toddler added some a1 and Franks red hot and even enjoyed it!

This was OK. It was pretty heavy, but it was easy and tasted good. We went back for seconds, and I added some more chicken broth in order to loosen it up a bit.

Loved this, added extra broccoli, and honestly it could have done with even more! Also seasoned a bit more to taste, goes GREAT with Tapatio too!

Family favorite, it’s definitely a little mushy, but it was super easy. My wife and I added hot sauce and it was the perfect dish.

Everyone in the family really loved this, especially my husband, who told me I need to make it again and to double the recipe next time!

Watch for instant to go to keep warm...rice cooks during keep warm. Perfect comfort food. Not glamorous by any means. Quick simple and economic!

Pretty good. I would leave out the Worcestershire sauce. And the time it takes to make was more like 30 mins with the instant pot building pressure, but fairly quick, easy and yummy.

Rice was mushy.

Fresh broccoli made it taste fresher!

Turned out good. I swapped half the cheddar for mozzarella so it's not as orange. Added a few extra seasonings when browning the chicken. Putting the broccoli in at the end was no good. It stayed cold and cooled the rest of the food so i had to put saute back on to heat it all back up. Next time I'll use fresh broccoli and put it in before pressure cooking.

Extra cheesy!! I used 1 cup Shredded mild cheddar and 1 cup monzerella. I opted out of the onions and used onion powder. Also instead of using the Ranch packet, I bought a McCormick Instant Pot Chicken Broccoli and Rice flavoring packet. I also added some smoked Paprika for a little more spice.

Used sour cream because I didn’t have any milk. I added a little water to thin it out. It was so yummy.

This was bland and way to salty all at the same time. We will not be making this again.

Super easy to throw together & have leftovers for meal preps for the next 3 meals. 🤗

Filling and simple to make but not very exciting

Good, I feel that it needs a bit more seasoning, but it was yummy.

It still looked more white than orange from the cheese. My husband is hard to please but he really liked it! I think it needed a little more garlic, broccoli, and cheese. I didn't have broth and just used water but it still turned out.

I didn't have quite enough white rice, so I substituted 1/4 cup of wild rice. I really liked how that turned out! I also added extra broccoli because the recipe didn't seem to call for enough. My husband had seconds and my toddler said it was good while eating the broccoli.

I maybe wouldn't use sharp cheddar. Ended up being little on the sour end.
