I used chicken breast instead of thigh (I accidentally bought breast instead lol). The chicken was still really tender at the end due to the yogurt in the marinade. Wasn't sure what measurement 2 tin tomatoes was (assumed it would be two 14oz cans) or what the style of tomato it was (crushed, whole, diced etc) so I just used one 28oz can of cento san marzano whole tomatoes. I crushed the tomatoes by hand and then dumped the leftover tomato sauce in the can in the pan instead of using a splash of water. I wasn't sure what the garam marsala mix was so I ignored that part as I figured it was a typo or just referred to what the chicken was marinated in. I added more spices after everything was done and definitely more salt. I just used store bought naan and made a garlic butter to brush on it after it warmed in the pan. It was really good though! Would definitely recommend
