Definitely not my go-to. It tasted fine but took about an hour from syart to finish. I could've made the same thing in way less time.

Agree, not a time saver but we have used this recipe when traveling and camping. One pot and nice to set it and able to do other things. Often I cook the meat ahead of time and freeze it, makes it easier on the road.
