This teriyaki sauce is...a lot. I may have reduced it too much and I'll update if I give it another try and get better results, but the volume of sauce was large for the amount of tofu and I wish I hadn't added it all in because the flavor was really intense but I wouldn't say it was quintessential "teriyaki." Oven-baked tofu was excellent, though.
