Recipe states 453calories nutrition info states 681 calories. Quite a difference when trying to keep calories down. Used chicken breast as didn't have any thighs. Potatoes didn't cook in time given so might be idea to precook them. Could use more chicken. Doubled the amount of mustard and added garlic powder and Rosemary. Didnt see anywhere it stated cook in oven so cooked on stovetop. Taste was great.
