I would also add Vanilla bourbon, lemon peel, or replace sugar with honey in my opinion, maybe it would be good to do half cup almond flour? It's good to combine banana with vanilla, nuts, chocolate or cocoa, it's hard to work with more banana, because the dough and texture is problematic :,)
