Instructions

Step 1
Peel and mash your ripe bananas in a bowl.

Add 2 eggs and whisk until combined.

Add greek yogurt, oats, baking powder, walnuts, salt, and brown sugar. Mix until thoroughly incorporated.
Step 4
Bake at 180 Celcius for 45 minutes. Let cool for at least 10 minutes after baking.
Step 5
Serve it greek yogurt, strawberry jam, and walnuts.
