Made 2 batches, one with added turkey bacon! Mm! Would take a dozen eggs. Definitely DONT fill muffin tin to just above the rim with egg mix, maybe halfway or put less vegg mix than the pics in recipe show. Nothing that can't be cleaned up though. Yummy! Love a quick breaky! 🫶🏼✨️
