The entire family adored it - even the picky littles. I doubled the recipe (good thing) so there were leftovers. I substituted gochugaru (red chili powder) 1 tsp per batch so it wouldn't come out too spicy for the kids. Then the adults drizzled sambal sauce (Sriracha would work too) over the top. I served it all hot over jasmine rice with spring mix lettuce on the side. PERFECT, quick, and super easy.
Made it again, but this time I doubled the ginger - even better! tried to get away with TWO tsp gochugaru, but sadly, the 3 yr old couldn't eat it because it was "too spicy" I'll have to go back to 1. Also I used La Yu oil on top for added kick instead of sambal, and that was even better too ๐ ๐
