This is the perfect, quick weeknight meal! Took about 25-30 minutes to prep/cook and was delicious over rice 😋 I didn't have low-sodium soy sauce, so I just used half the amount of regular. I was worried it'd be too dry, and, yes, it was dry but it didn't really matter -- in the end, it tasted great! Another toddler-approved dinner that I will be frequenting!

Total family favorite! Little dry because we ran out of soy sauce from doubling the recipe. Can’t wait to make more.
a lot of the reviews were right about cutting back some of the sugar but this ended up being delicious!!
