I substituted for a 6oz canned white crab that I squeezed the water with a flour towel, cooked 4 oz of sushi rice.. used a TBL scooper to form the balls. Dipped in soy/ wasabi along with drizzled eel sauce and spicy sauce. Next time will add diced cucumber for crunch.
