Dense, decadent, and moist this coffee cake is an easy recipe and looks gorgeous! (Don’t mind the crumbs, it was my partner’s second slice). I baked two rounds, and because of the heights this cake rises to, I would mix 1.5 times the topping and put it in the cake. I didn’t swirl because I love the uniform look. I also didn’t make the drizzle. But I have some frosting my partner picked up, that was Cinnamon Toast Crunch, so I melted some of that and then let it cool a bit and drizzled each slice.
