I only had one small muffin pan, so I ended up pouring most of the batter into a loaf, but it was so so good! If you like banana muffins, this is perfect! The texture is very moist, it’s not gritty or mealy. It would be super easy to add nuts, chocolate or fruit too. The ingredients are super accessible as well. We just moved and don’t have a full pantry so this was PERFECT.
