Try it with 1 cup wholemeal flour, 1 cup gf flour, 1/2 cup almond meal. Use egg instead of chia. Might need extra teaspoon of baking powder.

These changes will change the low fodmap and vegan aspects of the recipe. Wheat flour is high fodmap, and the chia was for an egg intolerance.
