Skipped the cheese and added anchovy paste, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. The instructions are a bit lacking, but was able to figure it out. It was good, but not fantastic. A bit bland. Sauce didn't thicken well, but we enjoyed it and it was quick. Would make it again.
