Step 1
In a pot, boil water, add a pinch of salt and cook your pasta for 9 minutes.

Dice 1/8 of an onion and finely chop green onions.

Next, separate your crabsticks with your fingers or two forks.

On medium heat, drizzle oil and cook onions and minced garlic together.
Step 5
Add your mushrooms and crabsticks and cook for another 2 minutes.

Pour in milk and stir until it gets 60% thickened.
Step 7
Sprinkle a pinch of salt to season and add your cooked pasta. Gently stir.
Step 8
Top off with sliced cheese and let it melt.
Step 9
Turn to low heat and let it cook until the cream is 80% thickened.
Step 10
Transfer onto a plate and garnish with green onions!
