Incredible fresh, lively flavor. The dressing/marinade was easy and tasty, and I would definitely suggest using it in any salad. Makes a great staple dressing that's as interesting as it is was simple to mix up. Consider adding black beans or using roasted corn kernels. With or without the chicken, the flavors and textures of the salad shines as a standalone dish.
