← Replies in Portuguese Fish Stew (Caldeirada de Peixe) Recipe

Had to make a few substitutions, red rather than white wine, clam juice rather than fish stock, and added veggies that needed to be used. Came out okay although seasoning was tricky. I've eaten this in Portugal and it's true to form.
