Only used 1lb of chicken and halved the thyme and sage, all else kept the same. Can’t imagine two lbs with that much sauce (for how little sauce it was). Served over rice, mashed potatoes would’ve probably been better. Cooked in slow cooker on low. Chicken was very tender and ready to fall apart at 3hrs. For this reason, we removed chicken to add the kale and parm. Main flavors of mustard, shallot, and wine.
