This is fun to make. I am learning to cook. These recipes are teaching me. Question there was no Mirrin at my local store, where can I get this?

I usually get mirin from Japanese or Chinese markets. Any Asian market should have it, and some grocery chains like Safeway and Lucky's have an Asian food isle that may have it, too. Otherwise, you may have to buy online. Good luck!
