Really delicious, I did change the recipe though as I'm not sure how this would work otherwise. I added olive oil in with the sausage meat when frying it off but I think next time I'd use half butter to make it richer. I'm also in the UK so couldn't get Italian sausages and used Cumberland instead which are supposed to be similar but it did seem to be lacking some spicy/warming flavour so I added in some old bay seasoning at the end which perked it right up. Also rather than these instructions which say to turn off your instant pot then add the tortellini, Spinach and cream I switched it to saute before adding those things then cooked simmered for 4 minutes; I don't get how you wouldn't end up with raw pasta otherwise!
Oh and this photos the leftovers as I forgot to take one before. It makes much more tho I wouldn't say 6 but 4 definitely.
