WOW. So good. I made a few moderations.
I cooked the beef (and doubled the recipe ;) in just a little salted butter, added more garlic than called for (+ 2 cloves), a dash of garlic powder, more red pepper than less, a little less sugar (-1/4), topped with Sriracha mayo, homemade pickled onion, avocado and cucumber. There’s rice under there somewhere haha. Easy recipe and can’t wait for leftovers!
