If using you're using Plain Greek yogurt as a substitution for the creme freiche, I recommend to add it last when the heat is off and the pasta is starting to cool down to prevent curdles or it chunking up.
I also substituted the salmon filets for canned salmon due to budget and time.
It's kind of on the bland side of taste, but it's filling and not half bad. It's nice when you want a simple dish. Also makes so much leftovers if made by original proportions. I'll be eating this dish for the week with how much it made.
