This was a great dinner. I would rate it a 9 out of 10. It was a bit spicy from the chorizo but we liked it that way. I added more chorizo than the recipe called for because it came in one tube. I had to add some water toward the end and cook it another 5+ min to finish cooking the rice but it came out great!
