I love this recipe! However, I did make some adjustments to the garnishes. I toasted the coconut shavings, let them cool and then I put them on the sides of the cupcake. For the pineapple wedges, I dehydrated pineapple slices and used that instead. I also took the stems off of the cherries and put the side that had the stem facing down into the icing.
