We seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, and my homemade cajun seasoning before cooking. We had to add 5 minutes and a cup of water beyond what the recipe calls for to get the pasta cooked. And no, it's not the cheapness of the pasta because I used Molisana penne ziti. That's more of a higher end on the scale for pasta. We used extra parmesan cheese. The taste was superb. My old man liked it all, but I thought the chicken was a bit dry. We used baby spinach (it's what we had), but I can't eat tomatoes, so no sun dried tomatoes. The dish was moist because of the sauce. The chicken was dry.
