After reading a lot of the reviews I decided to double the gravy, which I didn’t need to do but because I did it made for another meal. Not knowing how well it would be if I froze the leftover gravy I thawed more pork chops for my daughter and her family. So it was Nana making a dinner delivery. They enjoyed it as much as I did. The only thing I did differently was that I used whole grain mustard and sweet onion and I did add some arrowroot to thicken the sauce.
