I bought chicken tenderloins and added my own seasonings and baked them. I omitted the beans. I used 4 cheese mexican blend. Instead of eating it cold like a wrap I pan fried. I have enough leftover for the week that my husband and son can take to work, and turn into a chicken taco salad using the romaine lettuce. This is such a versatile dish. Definitely will make again.
