Southwest Chicken Wrap

Used frozen chicken nuggets to make it easier. Dressing is awesome!

Good way of serving chicken, I used grilled tenders, and I heated the beans and corn together. The recipe makes a LOT of sauce, I’d definitely halve that if I were to make it again.

I bought chicken tenderloins and added my own seasonings and baked them. I omitted the beans. I used 4 cheese mexican blend. Instead of eating it cold like a wrap I pan fried. I have enough leftover for the week that my husband and son can take to work, and turn into a chicken taco salad using the romaine lettuce. This is such a versatile dish. Definitely will make again.

Subbed milk for kefir. Seems fine as is. Very easy to make.

Easy, fresh and a great way to sneak in plant based 'chicken' and not miss a beat. The sauce is delicious. there were no leftovers.

Was pretty good. This made a lot of sauce. The wrap was too cold for my liking, but easy fix to just heat to preference

This was amazing! My 17-year-old made it and wow. She stuck to the recipe and we liked the sauce as it was written. Sauce would also be good on a taco salad. Makes so much sauce that you need to have some other plan for what's leftover.

Took advice that it had too much taco seasoning taste and added 2 tbspn instead. It was pretty good.
