Fantastic flavor!
Made it again, and this time, I tried the trick someone else recommended and omitted the salt and used some of the pasta water to thin it out a bit, and it was (again) delicious!
Served with sautéed veggies. Tonight, I used a finely diced onion, shredded zucchini, and broccoli florets. Talked about adding a protein, but time got away from me. Next time!
