This was a hit with my family. I followed the notes and nearly doubled the gnocchi. It ended up being too much so I added another 400g can of tomatoes and it came out well. Juices reduced nicely and combined with the chorizo fats to make a great sauce. Doubled the garlic and seasoned with garlic salt and Italian herb mix. I didn’t have fresh gnocchi so used packaged from the dry goods aisle, boiled for 3 minutes and then fried to get a bit of crisp. Very nice.
