This was delicious! My husband usually dislikes pasta salad with any type of oil & vinegar dressing. This he loved because it wasn't tangy at all. The only things I did differently was I omitted the olives & cooked the chicken in my air fryer with a little olive oil, s&p & oregano. Then I cut it up into small pieces. I also made extra dressing to add to the leftovers the next day. This is a great Summer dish!
