This was a great dinner! I would rate it an 8 out of 10. It makes a lot more food than I originally thought it would. The recipe is in metric units so just click on the convert button if you need to convert it to imperial. Oven temp 180C converts to 365F. Vegetables were named different things than I'm used to in US - one was for zucchini and the other was for tomato paste. It called for diced turkey but Whisk converted it to cut beef when I had it send over the shopping list to Walmart for order delivery - strange. It seemed hard to find diced turkey or thick sliced turkey so I could cube it so I ended up going with ground turkey and it still worked out great! I had to use the largest pan I had just to mix it all together and it filled two casserole pans ~9 inch square. I would probably half the recipe next time and I would also cook the veggies a little longer in the pan because the diced zucchini was a little on the crunchy side - if you like that sort of thing. 😂
