I’m sorry but as a Chinese person I’ve seen what beef and broccoli looks like and this is definitely not what it looks like. The broccolis looks mushy and the sauce looks like a dirt puddle you would see outside. It’s doesn’t look appetizing at all

It was a little softer than it is supposed to be, but my husband has kinda a soft food diet, so I made it just a touch differently, but it tasted amazing
