The recipe calls for a quarter teaspoon of cayenne pepper, but When using that with the can of rotelle, it was too much so I will cut the cayenne pepper in half next time. This is good and will probably be good scooped into taco shells or on a bed of lettuce. when scooping from the skillet to the baking dish , I used a slotted spatula so that all of the juice would not be transferred into the baking dish.
