The fruit makes it a bit moist in the middle, but it tasted good. It's a bit of work to make, though. I don't recommend this recipe for beginning bakers. I've been making cookies and brownies for years and some muffins too, but never had I heard the term cream as in cream the butter and sugar together. Guess I just never had the right recipe for that, lol.
