Easy and tasty! I halved the recipe for my 3-quart Instant Pot, skipped the red peppers, used gluten-free pasta, and chicken broth instead of white wine. It was a little spicy for my husband, so I might skip the red pepper flakes next time. It was also a little rich, so I might try using half and half instead of heavy cream.
EDIT: I made this again with the following alterations.
- halved the recipe for my 3-quart Instant Pot
- omitted bell peppers and red pepper flakes
- used apple cider vinegar instead of white wine
- used 1/2 cup half and half and 1/2 cup milk
