The only salting agent I noticed was the 1/4 cup of soy sauce. With the serving allocation, it comes down to around 500 mg of sodium. I'm really not sure how it can be too salty. Are you sure you did not mistake it for 4 cups of soy sauce instead?

Haha, I assure you I used only 1/4 cup soy sauce, lol, and reduced sodium at that. If it works for you, then great!

No, I haven't tried. I am just reading comments to see if this would even have flavor because I am personally used to much higher sodium intake. So, I was just confused with your comment.
