Edit: Tried this again but in a different way and came out much better. 350 degrees. Foil with edges up, little oil. Rub bottom of bagels over the oil. Little melted butter over tops. Crack eggs in. Season and throw in oven for 15. After, add cheese and cook 5 more minutes. Way better. These are not face down either. Just reg side up.
Cheese at the beginning just hardens and burns.

Veering on the edge of meh. 15 minutes wasn't enough, which is fine, but it's bland. I'd rather do the same on a pan with some butter and a lid on a low setting.
