this was okay, but I wouldn't make again. the recipe recommends adding 1tbsp of fennel, but unless you really like fennel, that's too much. it will absolutely dominate the flavor of the salad. we seasoned the chicken to our liking, which turned out good, but the salad as a whole was unimpressive.
