I didn't have it with the egg, and unfortunately I didn't have any fresh coriander but it was still delicious. Would definitely make again and my 4yo loved it too. I did add mushrooms but would probably add chicken for the meat eaters in the family. It also took waaaaay longer to cook the rice than in the recipe so worth factoring that in.
