So good and easy!!! Crunchy and chewy and yet soft! I love and will definitely do it again. I used a cake pan and I like that there’s is more “crunchy area per bite” with the crust I got. I used sesame seed which goes well but I don’t know yet how to make them stick to the top a little better. I deflated it by using some flower and folding the edges of the dough in. No kneading needed so that was a huge plus.

Maybe just could try a bit of melted butter on top so the seeds might stay in place...
