I'm not a big fan of lemon so I left that out. There wasn't much flavor without added seasonings so I added cinnamon to enhance the fall flavors. I also don't care for Granny Smith so I used red delicious apple and added an egg on top. Adding the egg on top made this a 6 serving dish. Eat leftovers within a day to prevent them from becoming mushy. 10/10

Good inspiration -- I just sauteed sausage, with a small amount of apple and carrot. Didn't put anything else on it. Had a 2 other side dishes to mix up flavors on the plate. Thanks for the idea.
